Our Founder
Our Founder and Managing Director, Lisa C. Jawahir, is an award-winning marketing and communications professional recognized for her leadership and expertise. She served as Chairperson of the Marketing and Communications Committee for the Public Relations Society of America (National Capital Chapter) in Washington, D.C., where she earned the prestigious "Dark Horse" award. With a proven track record of success, Jawahir has designed and executed impactful marketing and communications campaigns for industry giants such as Carnival Cruise Lines, Princess Cruises, The Caribbean Production Company, Williams New York, and Emmy award-winning production house.

She served as the island producer for the Commercial Cruise Lines, in April 2017, featuring the award-winning Los Angeles mixologist Matthew Biancaniello.
Jawahir’s event management experience has significantly impacted Saint Lucia, where she served on the Events Advisory Committee for the Saint Lucia Hospitality and Tourism Association (SLHTA). Her strategic guidance contributed to the Rhythm and Spice Festival achieving profitability for the first time under this committee. Additionally, her role as Campaign Strategist and Head of Communication for the Kenson Casimir General Elections Campaign led to an overwhelming victory, with her candidate winning by the largest margin of any candidate of the Saint Lucia Labour Party.
Beyond her professional achievements, Jawahir is deeply committed to community service and mentoring young professionals who aspire to succeed. She holds a Master’s in Strategic Communication from American University in Washington, D.C.. Currently, she serves as a Government Senator in the Upper House of the Parliament of Saint Lucia and as Communications Director and National Spokesperson for the Saint Lucia Labour Party. She is also the vice president of ParlAmericas for gender equality for the Caribbean and is the first OECS national to hold this position.
A seasoned media personality, Jawahir has hosted and produced various television shows and is currently the host of the weekly political and social issues program, For the Record.
